Our Bloomsbury reception is open 24 hours
Can you provide Taxi services?
We provide private Taxi services but no pick up services.
Do you provide linen and towels?
We provide linens and towels, towels can be changed daily by bringing them to the reception and linens are changed by the housekeeping team if you are staying for 7 nights or longer on allocated days.
Do you provide toiletries?
Yes, we provide toiletries. You may ask for more from the reception if needed.
How can I reach you?
We are near three main underground and overground stations, all few minutes walk away.
King’s Cross St. Pancras,
and Russell Square, with the Piccadilly Line, District Line, Circle Line, Hammersmith and City Line, Norther Line, Victoria Line. Paddington station is 15 minutes away and Liverpool street is 20 minutes away.
Can I leave my bags before check in or check out?
Yes, we will be more than happy to store your bags at reception before your check in or after you vacate the studio but please note that we do not offer overnight storage. Suitcases are left at owners' own risk.
Can I ask for early check in?
Please do inform Reception of your arrival time, we will do our best to accommodate you. If an early checkin is not possible, you can leave your bags with us free of charge.
Is late check out possible?
Please ask Reception whether a later check out is possible, this will depend from the availability of the day. You are more than welcome to leave your bags with us for few hours after you check out free of charge. Please note, no overnight storage.
Do your studios have air-conditioning?
We have studios with and without air-condioting. Please refer to the studio description.
Is there central heating?
Yes, all our studios have central heatinng, which can be regulated individually.
Can I bring a cot with me?
Please note that our maximum occupancy is 2 per studio. We do not provide cots or extra beds.
Is there a lift?
Please note that we do not have a lift. Reception is at hand to help with bags, if you have specific needs please do advice reception ahead of your arrival.
Are the studios wheelchair friendly?
No, unfortunately the buildings are not wheelchair friendly and as listed, period buildings we are limited with how we can adapt them.
Can I bring a pet?
No, sorry. Pets are not allowed in the hotels.
Do I need a credit card to reserve?
Credit cards are needed for all reservations. Please note that we retain the right to check the card validity prior arrival.
Can I pay for a friend?
You may pay on behalf of someone else however we need permission to do so. Please contact Reception prior the arrival day and they will advise.
Do you offer contactless check in?
We have a portal that will allow you to check in, upload your ID and securely pay for your stay. You will only need to pass by reception to collect your key.
