OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
The ongoing pandemic situation has led to a variety of changes in every industry, even more so for the Hospitality industry and it is our primary focus to make your stay with us as safe and as considerate as possible.
Together with our partners we endeavour to reach the highest standard of cleanliness and safety for all and we will ask the staff and guests to respect the following:
Wash hands – Wear a mask during check in/all public areas – Social distancing
We may ask you at times to wait outside the reception if busy and to be patient with the staff.
We have placed hand sanitizer station in each entrance for you to use and we will be providing mask if you do not have one upon arrival.
The reception has been fitted with Screens, and the counter/keys/pens will be cleaned and/or replaced regularly. Please be patient. Whilst the staff remains at your disposal should you need any assistance please refrain to ask for help in carrying your luggage to protect the staff’s health.
If fallen ill, every guest is asked to inform reception, self isolate and seek medical attention.
The Housekeeping team has been briefed and trained on the handling of new cleaning products that have been certified against coronavirus. A note will be left on the bed to reassure you that the studio has been thoroughly cleaned including all touchpoints.
In respect of social distancing and for the safety of our staff and guests we will not be entering the studios during your stay. Should you need anything please contact reception. For linen and towel change we will provide you with special bags and ask you to leave them outside the studio and advise reception. A member of the team will collect and leave a clean and sanitised set outside for you to pick up.
